01Purpose-built AI compute
AI infrastructure is planned around suitable GPU and CPU systems, high-performance networking and the storage required by the intended workload. Capacity assessment includes training and inference needs, memory, interconnects and software support. Dedicated AI accelerators are selected for the applications and performance requirements of each development phase.
02Data-centre development
Planning covers compute halls, power distribution, cooling, connectivity, security and supporting operations. The proposed 80 MW programme requires a clear definition of whether capacity refers to utility supply or IT load, alongside phased engineering and equipment plans. These parameters determine the practical scale and operating performance of the facility.
03Advanced AI research
Our research agenda explores coordinated computing capacity and advanced AI applications, supported by a separately defined commercial and financing model. Development milestones connect technical progress with practical applications, customer requirements and operating resources. The longer-term corporate roadmap may consider an independent capital-markets route as the relevant capabilities and business develop.
04Enterprise intelligence
Our wider technology interests include operational automation, policy analytics, digital identity and economic intelligence. We assess applications according to the quality of their data, the decisions they support and the controls required around their use. The objective is practical capability that can be integrated into accountable business processes and institutional information systems.
