Global development

Connecting opportunity with implementation.

Dewan Caan Vanderbilt’s market-development agenda connects technology, capital and institutional relationships across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas. We develop proposals around the priorities of each market, bringing exchange infrastructure, tokenisation, productive assets and commercial execution into a coordinated programme with defined responsibilities.

Market Development & Strategic Partnerships

Local priorities. A connected perspective.

A new market requires a clear understanding of its institutions, participants and economic needs. Our approach begins with the intended use case and the local conditions for implementation. We then consider the technology, partnerships, permissions and operating resources required to advance a practical programme.

The current agenda includes proposed government and institutional initiatives in Pakistan, Mauritius, South Africa, Oman and Qatar, alongside exchange-market development across Canada, the United States, El Salvador, Europe and the Gulf. These workstreams represent areas of engagement and planned development, with implementation established separately in each jurisdiction.

Our focus

Where we concentrate.

01

Government and institutional programmes

Our country proposals combine digital-market infrastructure with economic development priorities. Applications include proposed government digital-asset exchanges, strategic digital-asset programmes, tokenisation of suitable projects and the rehabilitation of productive enterprises. The emphasis is on identifying the responsible institutions, selecting workable projects and defining the sequence from proposal to implementation.

02

Business development and distribution

The commercial model includes BPO franchise relationships supporting education, qualified engagement and customer onboarding for suitable digital-asset programmes through authorised exchange channels. Performance-based arrangements are considered alongside clear responsibilities, approved communications, quality assurance and transaction records. Market conduct and the suitability of the distribution channel form part of the operating design.

03

Education and ecosystem building

The wider programme includes developer and miner engagement, institutional events, digital-economy education and diaspora access. University-linked initiatives and proposals for a blockchain and technology park in Pakistan connect this work with skills and enterprise formation. Proposed use cases also include automotive digital-asset commerce and organised participation in local economic development.

04

Financial and operating accountability

Commercial partnerships are designed around transparent reporting and defined settlement arrangements. Daily close statements can cover receipts, asset quantities, prices, deductions, approved spend and pending or reversed activity. Review by the responsible finance representatives, timely identification of discrepancies and documented reconciliation support a consistent understanding of operating results.
