Governance & integrity

Confidence begins
with the foundations.

Governance, operating discipline and market-specific requirements inform the design of our businesses and development programmes.

Our governance perspective

Clarity at every level.

01

Clear mandates

Define the purpose of each entity, platform and project. Establish decision rights, responsibilities and the relationship between the holding company, operating teams and participating partners.

02

Informed decisions

Consider commercial diligence, asset rights, operating requirements and financial obligations together. Material decisions need an identifiable basis and a clear record of the assumptions on which they depend.

03

Accountable implementation

Connect the programme scope to milestones, reporting and responsible delivery. Review progress against the agreed objectives and resolve operational issues through defined escalation processes.

Digital market architecture

Controls built into the design.

01

Identity & due diligence

The digital platform architecture includes KYC and KYB workflows, beneficial ownership checks and appropriate participant screening. A layered compliance architecture combines proprietary workflows with specialist identity-verification services, with integration and oversight defined for each operating platform.

02

Monitoring & reporting

Transaction monitoring, screening, audit records and reporting workflows form part of the market infrastructure design. Travel Rule requirements and relevant information-sharing processes are addressed for the jurisdictions and activities concerned.

03

Custody & asset records

Wallet connectivity, custody coordination and account records are specified within the operating model. Strategic reserve proposals include controlled wallets, defined authorisations and a documented relationship between allocations, balances and project use.

04

Technology & operational resilience

Access controls, system monitoring, incident processes and recovery arrangements are considered alongside the commercial platform. Security and availability requirements are established within the implementation and service framework.

Market access

A jurisdiction-specific
development strategy.

Our regulatory roadmap considers the permissions required by the relevant entity, product, customer group and activity. It includes CASP authorisation strategy under MiCA in Europe; MSB registration and related requirements in Canada and the United States; digital asset licensing in El Salvador; VARA requirements in Dubai; and PVARA engagement in Pakistan.

These pathways inform how the platform is structured and where an activity can be offered. A reference to a jurisdiction or regulatory framework on this website describes the group’s development strategy; it does not establish a permission for every group brand or activity.

Reconciliation, certification & audit

Good records.
Clear accountability.

Exchange and distribution programme design includes daily transaction and settlement statements. The reporting framework covers opening balances, completed receipts, asset quantities and prices, itemised deductions, settlement amounts and pending, failed, refunded or reversed transactions.

Campaign performance and approved expenditure are included where relevant. The commercial framework provides for review by authorised finance representatives, confirmation of statements and documented resolution of discrepancies.

These controls connect commercial activity to verifiable records. Service fees and settlement shares are governed by the relevant agreement and supported by the reconciliation process.
