Our global perspective

Global in outlook.
Local in understanding.

We see opportunity where entrepreneurial ambition, institutional capital and the need for modern infrastructure come together. Our regional development agenda is built around Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, Europe and Africa.

Regional priorities

Americas

Canada / United States / El Salvador

Connecting enterprise, capital and digital markets.

Our Americas development strategy focuses on the relationship between institutional capital, entrepreneurial businesses and digital asset infrastructure. Canada, the United States and El Salvador are priority markets for evaluating suitable operating structures, commercial partnerships and market access. The programme brings together exchange technology, tokenisation, compliance architecture and investment opportunities in technology and real assets. We see a role for cross-border relationships that connect regional expertise with projects across the wider group. Market entry is developed country by country, with the relevant permissions, operating partners and product arrangements established for each activity. This approach gives each initiative a practical local foundation while preserving a consistent group-wide ambition.

  • Digital asset market infrastructure
  • Private capital and technology
  • Cross-border institutional relationships
  • Tokenisation and real assets

Development pathways include Canada MSB registration, US FinCEN MSB registration and applicable state permissions, and the relevant digital asset framework in El Salvador.

Regional priorities

Europe

European Union / United Kingdom

Institutional standards. International ambition.

Europe is a strategic priority for the group's development of digital asset services, private market relationships and technology platforms. Our approach connects market infrastructure with governance, operational controls and clear investor communication. The programme includes evaluating the appropriate authorisation route for crypto-asset services under MiCA, alongside distinct requirements for other activities and jurisdictions. We also see opportunity to connect European expertise in enterprise technology, asset administration and industrial development with the group's emerging-market initiatives. Each proposition is structured around the customers it intends to serve, the permissions it requires and the operating capabilities it needs. The objective is a durable platform for responsible expansion and long-term partnership.

  • CASP authorisation strategy
  • Enterprise technology
  • Private market partnerships
  • Institutional asset administration

EU planning centres on CASP authorisation under MiCA and activity-specific requirements. UK activity requires its own assessment and permissions.

Regional priorities

Middle East

United Arab Emirates / Saudi Arabia / Oman / Qatar

Partnerships shaped by long-term opportunity.

Our Middle East strategy brings private capital, digital infrastructure and enterprise development into a shared regional agenda. Priorities include Dubai's digital asset ecosystem, proposed investment and tokenisation programmes in Oman and Qatar, and wider relationships across the Gulf. The group's Islamic finance development vision adds a further dimension through digital asset tokenisation, a proposed P2P exchange model and an emphasis on productive economic activity. We seek partnerships with institutions, family enterprises and project owners whose objectives require patient engagement and practical execution. Each initiative is developed with attention to the local market, appropriate governance and the regulatory framework for its specific activities and intended participants.

  • Digital asset infrastructure
  • Family and institutional capital
  • Islamic finance development
  • Tourism, real assets and tokenisation

Dubai planning includes the applicable VARA licensing pathway. Oman, Qatar and other Gulf initiatives follow their own financial-services, digital-asset and project approval frameworks.

Regional priorities

Asia

Pakistan / Wider Asian markets

Building capacity for the next stage of growth.

Pakistan is a principal focus of our Asian development agenda, with proposals spanning exchange infrastructure, a digital asset settlement layer, strategic reserve frameworks, tokenisation and digital infrastructure. The wider programme connects enterprise development with technology, education and market access. It also includes an 80 MW AI data centre development programme, with delivery shaped by its engineering, power and operating requirements. Across Asia, the group seeks relationships that can connect technology capability and entrepreneurial businesses with international capital and commercial networks. Our approach is to define achievable project stages, develop local partnerships and align each proposed activity with the relevant approvals and delivery conditions.

  • Pakistan digital asset programmes
  • AI and data centre development
  • Digital asset network infrastructure
  • Enterprise, education and distribution

Pakistan programme development includes PVARA engagement and the relevant NOC, licensing and operational permissions. Proposed infrastructure and technology programmes have separate project requirements.

Regional priorities

Africa

Mauritius / South Africa

Connecting productive assets with new pathways to capital.

Our Africa agenda centres on proposed programmes in Mauritius and South Africa. In Mauritius, the group has developed a proposal for a government-partnered digital asset exchange and a five-year tokenisation and development framework. In South Africa, the focus is on project tokenisation, digital asset market infrastructure and opportunities in government projects and businesses requiring operational renewal. Both programmes bring technology, asset preparation and commercial execution into the investment discussion. We seek to work with public institutions, asset owners and local operating partners to identify suitable projects and define the structures needed to advance them. Each proposal has its own mandate, approval process and implementation framework.

  • Government and institutional programmes
  • Project tokenisation
  • Infrastructure and operating assets
  • Business renewal and development

Mauritius planning considers the FSC's virtual asset framework. South African initiatives require assessment under the relevant FSCA, financial intelligence, exchange-control and asset-specific rules.
