The Pakistan agenda includes a proposed digital asset exchange, a digital asset settlement layer, strategic reserve frameworks and tokenisation of minerals, gold recovery, land, energy, industrial and public development projects. Complementary infrastructure planning includes an 80 MW AI data centre development programme, with phased delivery aligned to engineering readiness, power availability and the intended computing workloads. Education, enterprise development, diaspora engagement and a proposed blockchain park extend the programme's economic focus. Each initiative has its own project preparation, technical design and approval requirements. Digital asset allocations, reserve governance, operating structures and conversion arrangements would be established under the relevant framework. Project selection, institutional participation and delivery milestones would be developed within the proposed programme, with a separate implementation plan for each initiative.
The programme connects a national development perspective with the technology and operating capabilities of Dewan Caan Vanderbilt. Project selection, asset preparation, institutional participation and delivery are developed together, with responsibilities defined at each stage.
